Dive deeper into your self-healing and enrich your spiritual growth.
Each week is dedicated to one of the Reiki principles and includes both theory and application. In our time together we will discuss and apply each principle and how it relates to daily living, identify and develop key concepts and themes relative to you through weekly assignments, including reflection, introspection, contemplation and meditation.
Every class will include a guided meditation and distance healing.
In addition to our class schedule below, two complimentary yin yoga classes will be offered to support the digestion and integration of these living principles from a subtle body perspective.

No previous Reiki knowledge or training is necessary to participate in this workshop series. If you are not able to attend live, all sessions will be recorded and available to you.
OUR OFFERING IS BASED UPON A SLIDING SCALE OF $500-$800.
