DEALING WITH DIFFICULT THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS
Our reality, is the product of what we learn about ourselves and about the world through our individual experiences. It is what we know in our minds and our hearts to be true about ourselves, about how life works, and what is possible or not possible for us.
Our view of reality changes as we acquire new knowledge and experiences that expand our scope of possibilities.
However, some difficult life experiences leave such strong mental and emotional impressions within us that we are unable to learn something new and progress. Instead, we get stuck in them. We fall in the same cycles of thoughts, feeling the same emotions, stuck in similar circumstances that confirm and strengthen our difficulties.
Learning how we play a part in creating our reality and perpetuating difficult circumstances is absolutely necessary to be able to change it.
If we can learn to understand ourselves and how our experiences molded our minds, we can change our perception. We can take charge of our thoughts, our emotions and ultimately the outcomes in all aspects of our life.
In this workshop, we will work to understand, process and heal negative and limiting habits of thoughts, emotions and circumstances.
